Like many, I’m from very poverty-stricken conditions, in Mississippi, at the Crossroads. With my mother’s prayers, my study and work over the years, I managed to overcome poverty. But I haven’t forgotten and will not forget, those still in or close to poverty. I’m doing well today, with regards to hard economic times, but I believe the best defense, against things like bankruptcy and money problems, especially when one has good employment or source of income is a good offense, which for me is a plan, a financial plan, to stay ahead. I spent much ‘midnight & early morning oil’, studying and preparing, to lunch my products and services through Pick-N-Time, LLC, so named in honor of my mother, the Reverend MS Elizabeth Kelly, who worked hard and prayed hard, so I could avoid a hard life. As my mom would say, “…the Lord’s Will…” is which I seek to do, to assist my customers overcome the burden of poverty.
